Abbreviations - b&w=black & white, pp=pages, c.=circa, vg=very good, exc=excellent
Condition descriptions - Mint is like new, Excellent shows minimal use, Very good shows
some wear and/or soiling, Good is complete & usable but shows considerable wear.
For less than Good condition, serious damage and/or missing parts are described.
